David Alumbaugh
David has 15 years experience managing business-critical projects and operation in educational-based and privately held organizations as well as developing and marketing seminars in the global marketplace. He is a member of Baker Universitys faculty. David is skilled in recruiting and training professional platform speakers, developing programs that enhance product sales and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. His operational expertise includes: profit and loss accountability, recruiting and staffing, motivational incentives, professional trainer/presenter, sales strategy development and team development.
David brings a participative leadership style with expertise in problem resolution, realizing and extracting potential, goal setting, driving to exceed objectives, influencing others and achieving results through development of quality-focused business relationships.
David has held positions that include: President of Seminars international, Vice President and Director of Training & Business Development for Insight Information International, Director of Operations and Adjunct Professor for Baker University as well as Operations Manager for American Management Association/Padgett Thompson.
