- Provided Leading High-Impact Sales for Managers at an Enterprise Software and Hardware organization as well as High-Impact Customer Service for their Sales Engineers.
- Created measurements for Inbound Call Center's Managers to provide a benchmark for progress towards revenue goals and helped improve effectiveness of the sales process using cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
- Provided a new Sales Mangement model to include more effective coaching using Leading High-Impact Sales for Global Manufacturer. Deliverables to implement the new system included Personal Business Plans for each of the sales team members that focused on account penetration for "key accounts".
