Without Regard: eLearning Course for Managers

Although it is widely understood that discrimination in the workplace is not tolerated, the Without Regard e-Learning course takes it’s anti-discrimination and harassment message to a unique level. This course will teach Managers that by following six unarguable principles — Respect, Integrity, Honesty, Trust, Responsibility and Citizenship—harassment, discrimination and retaliation can be prevented.
Often times it’s the subtle comments, innuendos and stereotypes that are part of everyday workplace conversations that can put organizations at risk.
This course offers your Managers a convenient way to learn, while keeping them fully engaged using an interactive format:
- Features 10 personal stories in full-motion video that illustrate various types of discrimination and harassment in the workplace
- An authoritative explanation follows each case study to provide a legal viewpoint about the type of offense taking place
- Easy to use, intuitive content modules provide for excellent self-paced learning
- Ability to bookmark the course at any time prior to post-test and return at a later time
- A post-test, certificate of completion, and robust reporting of results
- “What Do You Think?” questions throughout the course to reinforce key training points
- Without Regard is SCORM conformant and will work seamlessly with your Learning Management System
- You may choose to host the courseware on our LMS which can be customized with your company logo, colors and branding information as well as corporate message
