Business Performance Group was hired by this client to package and sell their business to allow the owner to retire. This client had a long-time relationship with Business Performance Group, and the owner decided to retire. Business Performance Group wrote a “business book” detailing the company’s financials, business model and potential worth, and marketed the company via telephone sales to 100 firms identified as possible buyers.
Business Performance Group recruited a new executive to run the client company for the buyer, and conducted “road shows” for the client leading to a successful sale. The owner is now retired to Arizona and the company is part of a much larger non-profit global entity that provides services to colleges and universities.
