The client manufactured industrial chemicals for sale to other businesses for incorporation into their products. For example, detergents, solvents, feedstock for industrial coatings, and agricultural chemicals.

The client was making the transition away from a traditional field sales territory model to a blended environment of telephone and field sales. Business Performance Group developed a special “Customer Loyalty” course for their sales group which focused on raising key metrics of customer satisfaction and in building durable and sustainable business relationships.
