Throughout his career, Jason has held key roles including Inside Sales Representative (ISR) and Machine Sales Representative (MSR) at a Caterpillar dealership. These roles sharpened his ability to listen closely, identify needs and connect customers with the right solutions.

After owning and managing his own business, Jason understands firsthand the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship. From leading operations to managing employees and driving growth, he has built a reputation for strong leadership, clear communication and empowering teams to succeed.
