Rachel Keating joined Business Performance Group in 2022, bringing her experience in sales and recruitment to the role of Training and Events Manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa’s College of Business.
Rachel oversees the logistical aspects of all training events across North America, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish to provide a successful training for both the participants and trainers. Additionally, Rachel provides live coaching during customer calls at North America ISR boot camps.
