Traci Shepley

Traci Shepley is President of Business Performance Group and has been helping organizations build high-performing sales teams since joining the company in 2001. Having served as Inside Sales Manager, Sales Development Training Division Manager, Vice President, and now President, she brings more than 30 years of experience in sales development, leadership, and customer engagement. Traci partners with clients to create practical, results-driven training solutions that improve performance in both B2B Inside and Outside Sales. She assumed leadership of BPG in 2024, continuing the legacy of excellence established by the company's founder.

Outside of work, Traci is actively involved in her community through volunteer and nonprofit leadership activities. She enjoys spending time with her family and tackling home renovation projects.
