Traci joined Business Performance Group in 2001 and held the positions of Inside Sales Manager, Sales Development Training Division Manager, and Vice President before becoming President in 2024, when her long time mentor and the founder of BPG retired. With over two decades of experience partnering with clients, Traci is passionate about helping organizations create high-performance sales teams in B2B Inside and Outside Sales through results-driven training. When not working, you can find Traci volunteering and serving on local community organizations, spending time with her family and searching for her next renovation project.
